A great room was the biggest must on our homeowners list. They envisioned open concept, high ceilings, exposed beams, wood fireplace. They wanted a view of the ocean from the great room. It was also important for 3 of the 4 bedrooms to be facing the ocean. With all of the windows and the triple patio door it has exceeded our homeowners' expectations.
